Privacy Policy for MMA ERP - Auto Login

MMA ERP - Auto Login is an internal Chrome extension for authorized MMA Office users. It helps users sign in to supported Egyptian tax and finance portals from the MMA ERP web application.

Single purpose

The extension's single purpose is to receive an authorized login request from the MMA ERP web application, open the supported portal in an incognito Chrome window, and fill the login form for the user.

Data the extension handles

The extension may process the following data only during the login workflow:

• Username or user identifier
• Password or authentication credential
• The selected supported portal target, such as the Egyptian Tax Authority or Ministry of Finance portal

How data is used

Login data is used only to fill the login form on supported portals after an authorized request from the MMA ERP web application. The extension does not use this data for advertising, analytics, profiling, tracking, or any purpose unrelated to the login workflow.

Temporary storage

The extension may temporarily store pending login data using chrome.storage.session during the active login process. This temporary data is removed after the login form is filled or after a timeout.

Data sharing

The extension does not sell, share, transfer, or disclose user data to third parties. The extension does not transmit credentials to advertising networks, analytics services, or data brokers.

Supported websites

The extension is intended to work with supported government and office systems used by MMA Office workflows, including Egyptian tax and finance portals and the MMA ERP web application.

Security

The extension opens the login workflow in an incognito Chrome window and requires incognito access to be enabled. Credentials are processed locally by the extension for the purpose of completing the login form.
